Centro Médico San Luis, Surgical Clinic, is the only Level III institution in the municipality of Cajicá, with more than 20 years of experience in health care.

We are inspired by an ethical, humanistic philosophy, in search of the best clinical outcomes. Supported by high technology, adequate infrastructure, highly qualified staff and continuous improvement, we seek to offer the best person-centered health care.

Institutional patient safety policy

At Centro Médico San Luis we are committed to providing safe health services through the prevention and management of patient safety risks, by means of efficient clinical, administrative and financial actions, with competent, committed and humanized staff; using adequate technological resources, infrastructure and equipment to control infections and optimize the use of antibiotics. Through continuous learning, we promote a fair, non-punitive culture that builds trust in the patient and their family.

Within the patient safety policy, the following exceptions to the non-punitive approach are established:

• Serious offenses against users that violate any of their rights.
• The execution of unsafe and repetitive acts.
• Non-compliance with improvement actions proposed by the patient safety committee.
